MiChamba GTM
A WhatsApp → ticketing → Slack support pipeline with language detection, built during an operations internship.
What it is
Real production glue for a real company. Inbound WhatsApp messages hit a Flask webhook, get language-detected, open or update a Pylon ticket, and fire a Slack notification to the right channel — so a Spanish-language support request from a contractor doesn't sit unseen in an inbox nobody's watching.
Why it's here
It's the least glamorous project in the timeline and one of the most useful. It also seeded the pattern that Dugout and CoPI would later industrialize: take messy real-world signal arriving in one tool and route it, enriched and triaged, into the tools where people actually work.
